Know the goods.
Finance the trade.
COPAP buys from producers and sells to buyers around the world. It trades forest products, petrochemicals and polymers. It also has its own finance company, Ossiano Capital. This proposal explains what we learned about your industry, what we see missing, and how we can help more buyers and partners find COPAP.
Trade, then and now.
Your customers buy reliable supply.
Producers want to sell large amounts and get paid quickly. Buyers want the right product, on time, with time to pay. The trader stands in the middle. The trader serves both sides and takes the risk.
The trader owns the goods while they travel. If the price drops, the trader loses money.
The buyer pays later. If the buyer does not pay, the trader loses money.
Ships, ports, storage and customs. If there is a delay, the trader pays the extra cost.
If a buyer cancels, the trader must sell the goods to someone else. This needs product knowledge.
Trading alone earns little
The profit on each trade is small. Traders earn more from the services around the trade: storage, delivery, credit and processing.
Big companies are growing
Large traders are buying smaller distributors and factories. New factories sign deals with only a few large partners. Producers choose partners they can see and check online.
Trade routes keep changing
In 2026, the Strait of Hormuz closed and new tariffs started. Plastics and pulp now travel on different routes. Buyers want partners who can still deliver on time.
Nine companies. The same business.
All nine buy from producers and sell to manufacturers in other countries. They are different in size and in what they sell.

COPAP trades in the same products. COPAP also has a dedicated finance company: Ossiano Capital.
Where COPAP can stand out.
The echo chamber
Companies talking to themselves
We looked at the LinkedIn pages of these companies. Most posts are about the company itself: its managers, its events, its staff. The company's own people like the posts. These posts tell customers very little.
Customers and partners choose a trader for the value it brings. AI search tools work the same way. They show the sources that explain and teach. A post that only says how good a company is gives them nothing to use. The company that teaches will be found.

No one shares market knowledge
None of these companies publishes regular market reports on its own website. The first company to do this well becomes the expert that buyers listen to.
Product knowledge plus finance
COPAP knows the products and has its own finance company. If a buyer fails, COPAP can sell the goods to someone else. This makes COPAP's finance safer. COPAP can tell this story clearly.
Everyone talks about size
Most companies talk about how big they are. Few talk about speed, personal service or mid-sized buyers. COPAP can lead on these, and on Latin America, the Middle East and PVC.
AI is already reading
Buyers now use AI tools to search for suppliers. These tools read company websites. None of these companies writes for them yet.
Buyers choose before the first phone call.
For many years, sales worked through calls, meetings and trade fairs. This is changing fast, and it will keep changing. Companies must change with it.
Buyers and producers use AI tools to search and compare suppliers, day and night.
People still close the deal. But AI tools now make the first list of suppliers. They choose from what they can read about each company.
Likes and followers show attention. What matters now: are you found, are you trusted, and does it lead to sales?

We write what the market needs to know
Trade routes, prices, risks, products and how trade works. Every piece answers a real question from a buyer, a producer or a partner. We show COPAP's people and results when they help explain this. We already do this for Ossiano Capital. There, a market research article brings the most search visits and the most AI mentions.
Step by step.
The plan
Phase 1: we build both brands, COPAP and Ossiano. Phase 2: we join them into one clear offer, so customers can buy trade and finance together.
